There have been only four Minis that have won the SCCA GT5
National Championship.

On March 20,2004 at Thunderhill Raceway Park, all four will
compete in the same race for the first time at the S.F. Region
Double National.The car/driver lineup is: John Becker driving the
ex. Peterson winning Fortech Mini 1984, Road Atlanta. Ward
Barbour driving the ex. Richard Kraus Mini 1993 Road
Atlanta,Doug Peterson driving the Fortech Mini 1986,1989 Road
Atlanta 2003 Mid Ohio, Joe Huffaker driving the Huffaker Mini
2000,2001,2002 Mid Ohio.If anyone else can make
he race that would be great.

Thunderhill is the best club owned facility in the country and is
considered very much a drivers track.
