I read about that almost a wk ago on CNNSI. I agree. Manu plays a big role, but
he is injured way too often. You can almost compare him to Big Shot Rob. He's
out for the entire season, then might do something in the playoffs.
If I were Pop, I'd go for the deal with the Wizards. He's training enough new
players that if or when he leaves, there will be enough to show that they can
continue with the stuff Pop has taught them. Tony is the primary example of
that.

that he is the heart and soul but his career is headed the same way as Grant
Hill. I think the Spurs need to get what they can for him while he still has
value. One more injury and they can forget about getting anything, including a
