Congratulations! Yes, time to go back to the Red Room!

I came in 10th out of 25 in the open epee, and because it was an A2, I earned my
D07 (so
much for my stale old joke about renewing my U at every Bay Cup event...). I
went 3-1 (+3)
in my pool and seeded 8th. I lost my second DE 15-13 to Roland Ng, a fencer
from Hawaii.
He beat me in pools, too, though we ended up with the same victories and
indicators. It was
a very close bout; neither of us got more than two points ahead, so I certainly
don't feel like I
