As mentioned in an earlier email, SSC is hosting a Bay Cup foil event this
Sunday,
December 3rd. The schedule for the day is:

9:30 doors open

10:30 check-in close for men's foil
11:00 men's foil starts

12:00 check-in close for women's foil
12:30 women's foil starts

1:30 check in close for vets foil
2:00 vets foil starts

We should be done around 4 pm.

We need volunteers! Many of the club members who usually help out are fencing
in this
tournament or in the epee tournament on the same day, so if you are available,
even for
part of the day, please let me know. We need folks to help set up between 8:30
and 10,
run the registration table, help at the bout table throughout the day, and clean
up
between 4 and 5:30. We will have the usual muffins in the morning and pizza for
lunch.
