Our Philosophy
We feel it is vitally important to create a club where everyone is welcome and no one feels excluded, regardless of their skill level or fencing philosophy.

Santa Cruz has seen fencing clubs come and go and for each club, participation has always been the key factor in their failure or success. Starting the club was the easy part. We've had a great season lots of new members, but we're always looking for more fencers and future fencers to join us in the Santa Cruz area.

Wait! What's A Salle? Funny you should ask. "Salle" is french for salon or studio, and is often used in conjunction with schools or places where one can get instruction. The Santa Cruz Fencing Club currently offers classes with an experienced instructor who works on a strictly volunteer basis. So don't piss him off!
