Pedro and Nomar are in that group and once they get done pleasing
pedro there probably won't be any cash left for nomar. That leaves
the door open for a trade either this year or next for him. The
padres definately have the prospects that Boston would demand for a
player of his caliber and everyone knows how much Towers is dying to
obtain a top flight offensive shortstop so it's not entirely
improbable that the pads can get him.If someone like Herges, or
Beck, or any of the other bullpens closer wannabe's emerges they
would probably be included in any deal for nomar with Boston's dire
need of a Closer. That's cool that your friend met rick sutcliff.
I'm not in an area of the country that has any sports personalities
