Hey,
I signed up to this group a couple of years ago but i have never been
here before.
Me (Tobias) and my mate (Aaron) Live in Tasmania which is a small
state Australia. We have been sandboarding for about 3 years. we are
still a bit rookie because we only get out to the dunes every 3-4
months. we are hoping to fit more of it in now the summer holidays
are here.
We both own an australian made sandboards from a now bankrupt company
called "SANDMAN Co.". the sand boardas are small and faily heavy and
not verry well designed. We have latley learnt grinding and it is
wearing out our sandboards like nothing else. We where going to buy a
sandboard from Venamous sandboards over the net from the U.S. But i
thought i would ask you guys what sort of sandboards would be best
for our climate and what brand would be the best for our money.
We wanted to upgrade no only because our boards are desintergrating
but also because out skills require something a bit more
professional. It would be good if you could post a few suggestions.
We mostly go sandboarding in really dry sand or slightly wet sand.
the weather in Tas is usually reeally cold but most of the time we go
out to the dunes its hot.
Anyway it would be great if you could help out.
Reguards
Tobias
