This seminar will cover the fundamentals of Savate, and you will
train in the same methodology used to train Savate boxers for the
ring.

Footwork and movement, punch/kick combinations and training methods
will be detailed and drilled. You will have a taste of how a Savate
boxer trains! You will experience why this traditional French
martial art is referred to as "the art of boxing with the hands and
feet."
