There are no certified schools of La Canne in the U.S. Some Savate
clubs (like ours) teach La Canne as an associated discipline of
Savate, but most of the Savate clubs on the West Coast do NO la canne
(to the best of my knowledge).

Prof. Salem Assli, who is in LA, does teach some La Canne at his
seminars, so you can get some exposure this way.

We are working hard here in New Jersey to establish the first USA LA
CANNE TEAM to hopefully compete in France.

If you can find someone to practice the attacks and defenses with a
buddy, and learn the rules of play, you can spar and get pretty good
at it.

We'll be posting information here at "Salle de Savate" on upcoming
workshops with French La Canne coaches here in the US.
