Sacramento Backcountry Skiers (SBS) is a semi-organized club/network of backcountry skiers who ski primarily in the central Sierra Nevada of California. SBS group trips have explored new parts of the state and country. Safety and fun are our goals. SBS is not a guide service. SBS does not offer formal instruction. SBS is composed of regular folks who like to ski together. We like to begin and end our trips together as a group. It's kind of like skiing by consensus. We hope to see you on the snow!
