This Saturday, national TV broadcast of inline skating
Swimsuit Slimdown" Features Pro Racer on "Travel Channel" Reality Show
In the show, four unfit, overweight Californians are challenged to
slim
down
and buff up for the beach. In just 10 weeks, they must transform
their
flab
to muscle with the help of nutritionists, stylists, and celebrity
fitness
trainers.
Along the way, the wisecracking contestants learn beach-oriented
sports
to
help get them ready for the lifestyle of LA's scenic Venice Beach.
The three-hour program features an extended segment on inline
skating,
taught by pro racer Kim Perkins, two-time winner of the
Athens-to-Atlanta
87-mile Road Skate and head skate coach with Wenzel Coaching.

steps on skates. Cheer them on as they gain skills and confidence,

major road rash in a challenging team time trial.
