Zephyr Inline Skate Tours has created a new site called
MarathonSkating.com (www.MarathonSkating.com) that will provide the
world's first online training program for skaters wishing to complete
a marathon. Content will include information on Skating Technique,
Marathon Secrets, Nutrition & Hydration, Stretching & Strengthening,
and a six-week Training Program. Each section is hosted by an expert
in the field, including 12-time World Champion Cheryl Ezzell Matula.
MarathonSkating.com is the Official Training Program of both the 2003
Northshore Inline Marathon and the 2003 Cactus Classic Marathon. For
