I was on the Amer Riv trail LAST sunday, this sunday I will be at Canada Rd
(Crystal
Springs Res) . Usually there I skate 30 miles (2 big laps) and then hit the Lake
Merced
group skate at 1pm to skate the 17 miles with James Priel and company.

Now James, you would be really amazed , he has one fake leg! (true story)

Heh my age. Well I am only 51...

Will let you know the next Sac trip we make (probably in a few weeks)
