I am just a beginner of speed skating. 15 mph is fine with me but I am not sure if I hold that speed and catch up your steps for 4 hours?

Are you living here or just travel sacramento? Will you set up any lessons here?

I'm doing the entire trail tomorrow leaving from discovery park about 830 to folsom and
returning in about 4 hours - 15mph on skates (hopefully)
