"All our preparations are being finalized and we're on schedule to
begin the move at Midnight on Friday, March 28th 2008 (ie. early
Saturday morning). For a period of 24-48 hours, services will be down."

Summing up their letter:

Host Excellence servers are moving to a new more modern location. This
will interrupt their servers and their services starting March 28 at
midnight. The new servers will be two to three times faster.
