Sometimes Fortune City does not allow direct linking to its pages
from competing web-hosting companies. This easy, direct link may not
always work:

One alternative is to first go to the home page of Sacramento Skating:
http://www.fortunecity.com/marina/anchor/288/
From the home page, click on Links.
Next select NonSkating Links.
Then click on Effective Living Principles.

Another alternatvie is to go to another hosting site:
http://power.arc.losrios.cc.ca.us/~scovilb/principles_of_effective_liv
ing_principles6.swf.

I am sorry that there has been access difficulty. Having the above 3
approaches should help.
