I am writing to let you know about the Beginning Inline Skating
Classes I will be teaching for the City of Sacramento this year.
I want you to know about these lessons, and, if you believe in them,

What: Description:
Beginning Inline Skating ♥
Learn safe recreational inline skating. Learn how to wear pads, fall
safely, get up, duck walk, stride, glide, assume the ready position,
turn, and use the heel brake to stop. Skates, pads, and helmet can be
rented in Old Sacramento at Front and J Streets for $8. All
participants must wear all pads and a helmet. Enhance, or bring back,
your childhood with the most fun aerobic exercise in the world!
Where: Location: Land Park Group Areas 20 & 21.
Directions: 1. Go east 150 yards off Riverside Blvd. onto 12th Ave.
2. Go southeast on one way street 50 yards.
When: Scheduled 2007 Class Dates: April 7, May 12, June 16, July 21,
August 18.
All classes: Saturdays: 10:30 a.m. to Noon.
