I am a member of 24 Hour Fitness. I think it is a good gym. The
health and fitness seminar there at 7:00 p.m. on February 22, Tuesday,
was fantastic - in my opinion.

I like all of these newsletters. Real experts give real empirical
information, with links to related resources. Tonight I benefited
from reading "The 7 Habits of Overweight People". One thing I learned
is that I should eat more in Thai and Vietnamese restaurants, if I
continue eating lots of restaurant meals.
Recently there was a great very low fat fish and chips recipe. Fish
and chips made in the oven.
