Thanks to feedback from Michael J, I am resending this with the

I am a member of 24 Hour Fitness. I think it is a good gym.

Tuesday, February 22, 2005 24 Hour Fitness at 7th and K in Downtown
Sacramento will have a free "Healthy Living" seminar at 7:00 p.m. The
seminar will have some knowledgeable speakers, and it will last about
an hour. There will be some door prizes. Attenders of the seminar
can stay in the gym for a free workout (Bring workout clothes and a
towel.).
