Good afternoon everyone,

Due to torrential rain and storms over the past three weeks, the venue will
change from Flat Rock Park to Cooper Creek Park. I went to Flat Rock Park on
Friday, and our training area is under water (about a foot) and with more rain
forecasted through the middle of the week here in Columbus, Ga...there is no
possibilty of the ground drying out.

Our new venue is actually 2 miles closer to the hotel, and it is a lakeside
location with nearby restrooms, picnic tables, and plentiful parking.

some of you will be arriving on Friday, so I will see you then! I am very
excited about the gasshuku this year and am really looking forward to sharing
and training with each and every one of you.



If you are arriving on Friday afternoon/evening: we are having a yudansha 'meet
and greet' at the Cannon Brewpub on Broadway in the historic district adjacent
to the Chattahoochee River in Columbus. Please contact me if you will be
arriving on Friday and are interested in this.

The t-shirts look great; they are black with a left chest crest and a full back.
We have 60 t-shirts - 50 of which have been reserved.

water/sports beverage

personal first aid kit

bo/staff

Lunch will be cold cuts: (subway) we will take up donations at registration for
the lunch purchase.



REGISTRATION: begins at 7:30 even if you are pre-registered, you need to check
in and get your t-shirt at registration.



TRAINING begins at 8:00 am.
