Yay David.  I hope pop warner football season is going well for you.  Teach those kids well, half of them will end up playing in the NFL.

 

Thanks to Eric and Nicole for showing up yesterday.  Boo to Jason and Adam because they have still been no shows.  Adam, you can’t give me a taste of your hairy chest and not give me more.  Quizzical look to Gary (Charles) for driving by yet again and yelling that Frisbee rules but not playing.

 

Big ups to Bonita for winning her school board seat again.  If you had asked me on Saturday who I thought would win, I would have said Republican Broussard, but the silent majority prevailed.  I proudly displayed a Bonita sign in my front yard for about a month.  What this means for us is we still have an ally on the school board if we run into anymore problems.

 

A horn hand gesture to the old dawg stoner players, game Russell, Brian, and Jeff, who have been showing up to our humble little game.

I miss Adam too. I miss his questionable "in" calls. I also miss
his fearlessness when hucking down field, and his omnipresence on

I miss Gary. He's come out the past couple days, but not to play,

Now, it's been a couple of years since I was in college, but

the field, we need you to up the estrogen factor.

I miss David and his receiver gloves. Maybe I'll buy a pair of
gloves to use this winter in his memory. Gone but not forgotten.
Maybe Longview will incorporate itself into the Caddo school system
so he'll come back this way.

I miss Eric, even though I know he has legitimate reasons for not
coming because his person is not even in the state. I hate the Air
Force for transferring him to BFE. I hope North Dakota isn't as
miserable as it sounds.

Big ups to Markham for coming back out. Everyone's been glad to see
him. Now, if only we can convince him to go to a tournament...

Big ups to Andy as well for playing through the pain. You looked
surprisingly good last night for a lame person.

Hope to see everyone who is the SB area tomorrow night.
