You don't say why you need a new seat frame, but if it is because the old seat frame on your bike is broken you might be able to repair it for far less cost...

My seat hit the freeway at 55 miles an hour, thankfully saving the bike. A new seat is about $400.00 and isn't quite the same. For me, it's used or copied....
