Seat clamp arrangement doesn't look like a Ryan original, but it might have been 'created' by the current owner in an effort to improve the bike (??). Side view of the bike has the general appearance of a Vanguard, but it may be a 'knock-off' (there were several copy designs made in the world, as the Vanguard was not patented).
