Does anyone out there have a solid Ryan Vanguard frame they might want to sell? I only would need the frame, fork, and seat. I would not need any components, wheels, or tires.

 

I have a Ryan Vanguard now, and have been considering completely rebuilding and repainting it, but the thing that bothers me is that on my frame, the rear seat back support mounts look like they have been re-welded in the past and I am thinking I might not want to sink money into restoring this particlular frame.
