I maybe wrong but my guess is that it's not a Duplex because of the
square tubes. As for the price, remember they don't make the Duplex
any more and the Gulfstream is around $4500 new I believe. I paid
$2300 for mine and put IPS on it, $3000 is what I would ask for mine
if and when I sell. But if you can get a true Duplex for $1200, go
for it.
