Welcome, Mark-

I think you will have good luck getting a bike in new england, there
always seem to be ones coming up for sale from there.

I also think you will like the Vanguard. It was my first recumbent
and I also now have a Haluzak Hybrid Race and they feel very similar
to each other geometry-wise.

Hi Mark: You just missed a Vanguard on e-Bay, going for about $800 (base bid). I think it was in SC, though. An investment in a new Slipstream might be best...
