Will you be running on the towpath this Saturday, July 4th? On the other hand,  I would not mind a training run in Cranford, at  Nomahegan Park, the site of the Firecracker 4 Miler.  Let me know if you are interested in joining me in Cranford.  We could see some RVRR runners finish the 4 miler - or even win the race?
 
Otherwise, it will have to be the towpath this Saturday, to gear up for Lou's big party.  Don't  run solo on Saturday, the 4th.
