I am trying to put together some non-skating workouts for our travel
team to do on their own time. I normally use a gym and just do circut
training in the weight room and sprints on the treadmill. I am having
trouble coming up with exercises for girls that they can do in their
own house if they don't have a gym membership, aside from the typical
sit-up/push-ups ect. I am open to any suggestion that people may have.
