A group dedicated to coaching the sport of roller derby and a place where coaches and skaters alike can share and seek derby drills, insights, advice and stories. Non-WFTDA affiliated, all coaches and skaters from veterans to beginners are welcome.

When I played we learned with the stance to bend your knees, keep your head up (dont look down) and back straight.  It helps to put your arms behind your back
