These JVC Kaboom boxes are not made any more and I gather that this dude in
Canada has a bunch of new ones. The reserve on the last auction was
$355.00. I was going to build one like the one in Golden Gate Park but
decided that this one had so many more features than anything I could build
and would be cheaper to buy. It apparently has the ability to slow down a
CD as you teach dance steps. There is an adaptor, about $8.00 also
available on E-bay, to be able to play from your car battery. For more on
these search for "JVC Kaboom" on E-bay.

I have nothing to do with this sale and present this information for
information purposes. I bought mine directly from the seller after losing
the last auction. I paid $365 plus $30 shipping. If you find any on the
Internet be sure they have them in stock. I placed an order for one with
Cambridge Camera Exchange at a great price but they never told me they were
not in stock. I found out after waiting two weeks and calling, long
distance to NYC, they would not tell me on the 800#. They would not even
send me an e-mail to tell me they were out of stock. Since they don't make
them any more I doubt that they will ever be in stock, but you can check.
