Description

Welcome Rocky Mount area bicyclists. Please use this site to find and announce rides. We have a growing group of road, mountain and triathlete cyclists. Our goal is to make cycling as safe, enjoyable, and social as possible for our members.

NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS UPDATED May 23, 2012:

ROAD : There are morning rides taking place on Tuesday and Thursday leaving Belton and Schrimper parking lot at 6AM.

There is a push to get a Tuesday evening ride started. I will post/email details as they are communicated.

MOUNTAIN : The trail is open for rides. Sunday afternoons seem to work best for more people, though it is light enough now to get in some weeknight rides. Please post.

weekday ride
a group is now leaving from the dentist office during the week at 6am... this thursday jeff and i are leaving at 545 am.... a group will ride saturday leaving

weekday rides
the weekday riders have started showing up again. i plan on leaving from the dentist office at 6 am tues and thurs. i can leave earlier if needed. so far

... Group is planning on leaving from Red Oak Park @ 7:30 to ride 50-55 miles toward Hollister with mild hills. I plan on riding out there from my house @ 7:00
