ored three goals Wednesday to lead Canada to a 14-12 victory over host Austr=
alia in the world field lacrosse championships. The teams will neet again Fr=
iday in the semifinals. The other semifinal will be defending champion Unite=
d States vs. the winner of today's Iroquois Nationals- Japan game. Grant, ex=
-Knighthawk Paul Gait and Paul Shearer are tied for Canada's goal-scoring le=
ad with nine each through four games in the tournament. The U.S. is 4-0 (inc=
luding a 14-9 win over Canada). Canada is 3-1.
