They are basically sessions that you can do on your bike and turbo, have a
look at www.spinervals.com <http://www.spinervals.com>
It's like having a coach tell you what to do.
This is just to get faster, I've been looking at the people tat could go to
the games and I am no where near fast enough at the moment.
