Micky, and all.
I took some time off to relax after the Ironman race, and now looking at
starting training for next year. I'm using Spinerval DVD's at the moment. I
am aiming for 3 sessions per week cycling, running, swimming and weights, so
thats 12 sessions a week.
I want to improve my times up to 25 miles, has anyone used the Spinerval
stuff?
I'm aiming at 1 hard session, 1 long session and maybe a recovery.
Any thoughts?
