For the second year in a row we missed out on decent coverage on TV of
this race. Last year they missed out a large chunk of the race
including how Hammond got away.
This year - exactly the same!!! The editor was quite keen to dwell
lengthily on the crashes and their aftermath with umpteen replays
but....again the last 50km suddenly became 5k to go!
I was annoyed as once again they missed out L'carrefour d'arbre - my
fave section of pave (a 4 star section, apparently where musseuw
punctured last year, leaving hammond and backstedt in front)

Apologies to the North americans who probably dream of such coverage!
did the OLC channel show it this year? But the coverage on British
Eurosport compared to that of the euro version is a world of difference.

Methinks I might invest in an old astra dish and box and get the
analogue signals back. At lest then I can see Milan-san remo and
Lombardy on the german channels.

anybody still got the analogue?
