Well good luck on sunday.
I went out last sunday and cycled to Cockermouth and back, 43 miles.
Since then I've got a pain in the lower left side of my back around
the kidneys.
Could I have pulled something or got too cold.
It twinges when I try to get to sleep and complains when i swim.
