wow I envy your commitment and drive!
I've just rescued turbo out of garage with bike, now both in garage ready
for use in anger. choice of tv, book or headphones to stop me getting bored.
What does everybody do to stop the boredom on a turbo, Ive heard tour de
france videos particularly good any suggestions??
Jason your training looks good, i'm concentrating on the swimmimng at the
moment but really i need to get on the bike and teach my self to run.
1 min 39 for the hundreds is good especially across 16. It gets quite tough
towards the end doesn't it when your stroke starts going to pot and the wall
is a long way away on the third length....
All the best
Ian

I get the time by working at a company where I am 10k from work, and I
start at 8am and finish at 4pm.
My wife has quit work and preparing for Uni next year, so I can train
a lot and she is fully behind me, she does the cooking etc so I can
train. Apart from tuesday's when I take the day off and do everything
for her :)
The turbo is in the spare bedroom with a TV and Video, and after today
a £30 DVD player from Sainsburys at Cockermouth. It plays copied
DVD's, the works. Which is a good job as I bought the Official 25th
Year Ironman DVD from the WTC in america, and it's just a copy.
