I get the time by working at a company where I am 10k from work, and I
start at 8am and finish at 4pm.

My wife has quit work and preparing for Uni next year, so I can train
a lot and she is fully behind me, she does the cooking etc so I can
train. Apart from tuesday's when I take the day off and do everything
for her :)

The turbo is in the spare bedroom with a TV and Video, and after today
a £30 DVD player from Sainsburys at Cockermouth. It plays copied
DVD's, the works. Which is a good job as I bought the Official 25th
Year Ironman DVD from the WTC in america, and it's just a copy.
