Sound like a belting ride! But knowing my luck it will clash with a
road race on the same day. Ive done a fair few of the passes but not
all of em. Hardknott is a killer from Eskdale. I did it on a heavy
mountain bike last(and only )time and it nearly broke me in two!
As for getting home from Consiton...just ride up to Ambleside,over the
struggle and then a gentle descent of Kirkstone pass and relatively
easy roads back through to Penrith - I mean if your're doing 115
miles,you'd be as well making it 150!

Dunno about BCF or TT's that w/e but my SCU provisional list of events for next year* only quotes a 3rd cat 2 day up in the North which I wouldnt normally...
