Fife eh whereabouts is that, i have worked up in scotland a lot in the last ten
years, mainly around the edinburgh/glasgow area but i did get as far north as
inverness and tain.

Stockton eh? Home of Paul Curran. I'm originally from south shields
but live in Fife now and have been for 3 years now. I used to do
training runs down towards your neck of the woods, but never much
further south than Sedgefield. Ive raced round your way before though.

As for the tour - my money is strongly on Vinokourov. Although Tyler
hamilton has had a good build up this year....

Plus we have a vengeful Simoni looking to make amends for a poor (by
his standards) Giro.

It will be good to watch and a bit more closely fought this time
around hopefully. In fact anywhere near as good as last years tour
will be good

and then there's Pettachi for the sprints.....

Just for info - mrbookmaker.com is taking bets for the tour - which
is a refreshing change for us gambling types as usual bookies dont
bother
