I thought that Pettachi did superb last year to win stages in all 3
tours - top man.Fair enough he only finished the Veulta, but I cant
remember many riders in the last 15 years having rode all 3 tours -
can you? Certainly not with the success he had - 6win in Giro 4 wins
at the tour and 5 wins at the Veulta!

Yesterday it looked like it was his own team mate swinging off the
front of the bunch that inadvertantly blocked his path to the line!
Good win by McEwan though,

Overall - will anyone stop Simoni???

Here we go again - after Brad McGee won the Prologue, yesterday saw a stage win for Pettachi - could he become as good as Mario? - will he beat his stage win...

I am quite sure that if Petacchi keeps winning and winning, he'll easily be as good as Cipollini. Petacchi is still fairly young, and his speed in the last 50...
