Personally I would not us treats to bribe this horse...she seems to
be a dominate mare and needs to know that you are the one she needs
to pay attention to. I would be careful about the lunging in
circles things because as you have seen this can make her be more
hot...alittle scarey to handle. Although this could be good for
some horses not everything works for every horse. I am not totally
againest treats but if you already have a dominate horses that is
trying to push you around the treat thing will usually ad to the
dominates and control problem. IMO
