Hi Ivy.  That's what Indianapolis looked like a couple of weeks ago. 
 
It is 19 at the moment but our high tomorrow is zero and the high on Friday is 10 with overnight temps in the negative teens with windchills in the negative 20's.
 
I hate winter.

Laurie- The difference is you are SUPPOSED to have these temps! Our normal this time of year is a high of 38. I would take 20 right now andmore snow on the way...

Abby only gets a sheet at 40 but there are lots that have medium weight blankets on. Abby is totally hot blooded....Literally she sweats more and in cooler...

All our kiddos have nice thick coats.  No need to blanket, as long as they have plenty of hay to munch.  Most mornings I've come out of late, it's freezing...
