hi ang,
i have no idea how i'm going to go about it. i've never done any leasing on my
horses before. but i'm going to come up with a contract and check my homeowners
for liability insurance to make sure i'm covered that why. i also have coverage
through markel insurace for equine liability. i'm not going to require lessons,
however, i can be around on occassion to help out and i do have an instructor
that i use that could come over to teach. so i'll let you know how things turn
out. wish me luck!
