I am Joe Trujillo's neighbor and got the scoop this afternoon from his
grandparents who are also neighbors. I would not call Joe's injuries
minor. He left in an ambulance, although it sounds like some kids were
care flighted out and had more serious injuries. The report I got is
that Joe broke his right hand, has a laceration on his left elbow down
to bone (caused by fragments of another kid's bike that shattered) and
40mph road rash all over his body. I hope Heath escaped a little
better than that.
