Well,

Pretty much every game is like that this season. I appologize for this
mess. I should have forseen this coming. But with the increased
exposure to the general public due to the website there were a large
number of people who signed up but never ended up playing: about 40 of
the 130 people. We may need to consider folding two of the teams into
other teams or something to try to make this a little more workable.

However, for this reason, in the future we are going to require that
everyone who signs up must pay before teams are made. This should at
least keep people a little more serious about the sign up procedure.
I will be adding a paypal link, or people can send in a check.

Any thoughts on my previous idea for taking some of the teams that
have the fewest number of players and joining them with other teams?
We could even cut the league down to 7 teams and move it back down to
3 games per night. I know this is a logistical nightmare but it may be
better than having every team pickup players every game.
