Howdy ...
I'm organizing the Spring Fling tourney this year for the south
bay.... and would like to post the detail to your players... but I
don't want to abuse or spam anyone.
The tourney is on March 21st for Coed Teams, and it is a non-profit
gig raising money for the Peninsula Bridge Academic Program, as well
as local high school science clubs.
There's room for a few more teams and with the exception of Fris
Nation, I don't see any other SF teams turning in Bids...
Just wondering if you could help me get the word out...
the full detail is below
thanks
mk

Note - Many companies will match their employees' gifts to 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organizations. Spring Fling is a charity tournament with
all proceeds going to support under-served students and school
science programs from East Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Mateo, and
San Jose. Please see if your company (or one of your teammate's
companies) will match charitable donations made by employees, and
have that individual write the check for your tournament dues.
Peninsula Bridge will then provide appropriate information to obtain
a matching corporate donation. If all 16 teams do this, we can double
the amount we raise for charity!
