To provide a voice for experienced skydivers at the state council (VPC) level of the Australian Parachute Federation and ultimately at Federal level.

To organise competition and training seminars for skydivers who have completed their initial training.

To promote communication skills and experiences between all levels of skydivers.

To act as a vehicle for skydivers wishing to organise events which are of interest to other skydivers.

To promote and organise social activities for its members.
