We are all ticked off by Johnny's defection. Even Pedro didn't go to
the EVIL EMPIRE. I know we all want to BOO him when he shows up but
Johnny thrives on attention even negative attention so that if we all
BOO him he will probably hit a homerun! Therefore the best thing to do
to Johnny when he comes up to bat the first time (and every time) is
for the entire stadium to stand up in utter silence and turn their
backs on him. Can you imagine how effective that would be? Dead
Silence, no energy, no adrenaline, Acknowledging him only in silence.
I think it would be very devastating for him and would send a strong
message. TRAITORS are not forgiven and not welcome in Boston. Even if
you watch the first Yankee game at home or at a sports bar make
everybody turn their backs on him. PASS THIS MESSAGE ON to every Red
Sox fan you know especially ones going to the first Red Sox Yankee game
If the whole statium does it he won't forget it for a long, long time.

we don't remember him for that only for his betrayal. Johnny Damon is
baseball's Benedict Arnold. That's how Johnny will be remembered in
