I'm thinking about leading a ride to MinneCycle. An exhibit of the
art of Minnesota Framebuilders at The Vine Arts Center which is just
off the Midtown Greenway at 27th Ave S. August 7th, 8th and 9th. If
you have a custom bike, this would be the ride for it.
Details here http://www.vineartscenter.com/ I assume bikes won't
be the only art on display and I plan to take the ride past some of
the beautiful gardens along the Greenway.
I haven't set a date and time yet as I'm looking into whether there
will be a specific time or day when some or all of the builders will
be there. And, if there will be a bike corral or other secure bike parking.
Pace of the ride will be casual and a total of about 15 miles. If
there is enough interest we can also stop for lunch or dinner at Pho
Tau Bay at the Greenway and Nicollet. Inexpensive and delicious
Vietnamese food.
